Delivery Timeframes

At ThisCreps, we offer different shipping timelines based on the quality tier of your sneakers:

  • 10A Quality Sneakers: Delivery typically takes 6–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • UA (LJR Batch) Sneakers: Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery, as these premium pairs are shipped internationally from our overseas suppliers.

Packaging & Shoebox Condition

Since UA (LJR batch) sneakers are sourced internationally, the shoebox may occasionally arrive with minor damage or wear due to long-distance transit and handling. This is a normal part of international shipping and does not affect the quality or authenticity of the sneakers inside.

Important: Box condition issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We ensure that the product inside remains in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible Return Reasons

We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The sneaker size received is incorrect
  • The product arrives damaged or defective

Please Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for shoebox damage or cosmetic issues with the packaging. Our policy covers only the sneakers themselves.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or exchange request, you must provide a complete unboxing video. This video must show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening
  • The entire unboxing process from start to finish
  • Clear footage of the product and any issues

Without this video proof, we cannot accept any return or replacement requests. This policy helps us verify claims and serve you better.

Out of Stock Items

If any item in your order becomes out of stock after purchase, we will:

  • Cancel the out-of-stock item(s) from your order
  • Issue a refund in the form of store credit for the cancelled item(s)
  • Dispatch the remaining in-stock items as scheduled
